The Love of Helen Scholarship Foundation was established November 3, 2018 through Project G.I.V.E (Giving In Various Environments) Incorporated which is a Georgia based 501 ( c ) 3 tax exemption nonprofit organization. Ms. Helen D Simpkins has always been a humanitarian who demonstrated dedication, service, support and hard work. She leaves a legacy of strength, determination and perseverance. Helen’s love extended far beyond her local community. She has touched the lives of people of all ages in various communities and states. Therefore, The Love of Helen Scholarship Foundation will continue to share love, support and acts of kindness through on-going scholarships to various communities, counties and states.
